While the dealer group currently consists of Harley-Davidson dealerships mainly on the West Coast, Michael Veracka is actively seeking to acquire more H-D locations anywhere in the continental United States. The rapid expansion of 8 stores in 10 years has been fueled by Michael’s ability to pay over market value for dealerships based on future earnings. The flexibility to either buy the real estate during the acquisition, structure a lease to own deal, or lease the property long term has given MOD Enterprises the edge in several acquisitions.
